North Korean pioneer Kim Jong Un as of late requested arrangements for dispatching "dread" assaults on South Koreans, a top Seoul official said Thursday, as stresses over the North develop after its late atomic test and rocket dispatch. 

In broadcast comments, senior South Korean presidential authority Kim Sung-charm said North Korea's spy office has started work to actualize Kim Jong Un's request to "marshal hostile to South dread capacities that can represent an immediate danger to our lives and security." 

He said the likelihood of North Korean assaults "is expanding like never before" and requested speedy entry of a hostile to dread bill in parliament. 

North Korea has a background marked by assaults on South Korea, for example, the 2010 shelling on an island that slaughtered four South Koreans and the 1987 bombarding of a South Korean traveler plane that executed every one of the 115 individuals on load up.
